📋 Description
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts • Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and environments • Own technical health of customer environments • Conduct assessments, release planning, and best-practice reviews • Lead resolution of complex technical issues • Support renewals with technical insight • Identify expansion opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or related roles • Previous experience using Contruent Enterprise (formerly Ares Prism) • Experience supporting complex enterprise customers • Project controls or capital project systems expertise
