📋 Description

• Act as key interface with the local Convergint Specialist and Project Management to ensure jobs are executed as required • Act as key interface with customers and maximize customer satisfaction • Ensure projects are effectively executed to budgeted costs and time schedules • Document all change orders to capture local hours and Integrated Project Management team costs • Identify potential project risks • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to minimize project risk impact • Develop and implement strategies to control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required • Participate in the Recruit Awesome People program by referring top talent to Talent Acquisition and hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Basic project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems) • Developing project financial skills • Leadership Orientation—actively seeks ways to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the organization • Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience • Preferred but not required: 3–5 years engineering, field service or project management experience • Preferred but not required: experience in electronic, fire alarm and life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries • Preferred but not required: previous supervisory experience • Ability to work in the United States
