📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment, including cameras, access control, and alarm systems • Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic systems and equipment • Install, repair, rebuild, and service remote drive-up systems, audio, and video equipment • Handle locking mechanisms including drawer locks, vaults, secure keyways, and banking-specific systems • Support electrical and electronics projects • Install, configure, and support network systems and equipment as assigned • Respond to customer service, scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service calls • Install new units, perform final connections and testing, and provide training • Identify project challenges and assist with strategies to minimize cost and schedule deviations • Inspect completed work for specification, requirement, and manufacturer compliance • Estimate replacement equipment costs, time, and materials • Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service work equipment • Mentor less experienced staff and refer only the most complex issues to higher levels • Communicate with team members and advise management on customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques, standards, and product improvements • Execute work according to regulations, best practices, and company health and safety policies

🎯 Requirements

• High School/GED or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of banking-industry drive-up, locking, and electronic systems • Basic knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems • Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems • Strong oral and written communication skills • Customer-focused approach • Ability to adapt effectively to changes in situations or information • Preferred but not required: technical diploma and/or equivalent trade experience, such as electrician experience • Preferred but not required: 1 year of technician experience in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operation setting • Preferred but not required: experience in electronic, fire alarm and life safety, and/or building automation industries • Must be skilled in at least one specialization: locksmith, drive-up, or electronic security • Must comply with applicable regulations, best practices, and company health and safety policies • Must have a valid driver's license (the posting lists 'Drive' as required and 'Not CDL')
