📋 Description

• Set up and manage programs for one or more global/enterprise accounts • Direct and support multiple operations and sales teams delivering results for large, complex clients • Act as the single point of coordination for internal and external communications • Drive operational excellence across projects, services, and advanced solutions • Lead Convergint teams and partners to ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth • Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business structure and strategies • Deploy standard processes and tools to achieve internal efficiencies • Drive consistency across Convergint services in multiple locations, regions, and countries • Document and maintain customer-specific working practices in a dynamic playbook • Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and market regulations • Manage, oversee, and coordinate operational aspects of enterprise customer engagements • Enforce program governance and customer expectations with national/global teams and partners • Advocate and serve as liaison between customers, colleagues, and partners • Engage resources and solutions to resolve customer challenges • Introduce new services and geographic support capabilities while scaling programs • Deliver internal and customer-facing business reviews • Connect professional services with client technical teams to maximize system uptime • Support sales teams in introducing innovative technology and service solutions • Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement • Seek feedback, clear roadblocks, and escalate issues to leadership • Monitor account financial performance, compile reports, and analyze data • Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues; may manage direct reports • Perform other duties as requested or required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills related to program/project management • Broad-based industry and market knowledge of network and low-voltage building systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project • Experience with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to present to multiple organizational levels • Strong financial competencies • Conflict management and resolution skills • Confidence in contract negotiation and administration • Strong work ethic and ability to function independently and as part of a team • Ability to create organizational alignment through relationships, vision communication, and team building • Understanding of appropriate protection levels for customer personnel, information, and property • Leadership ability to guide, develop, and mentor others • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving aptitude • Established capability implementing program deliverables across cultural and regional differences • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, trade school, or equivalent experience • 5 years of operations or project management experience required • PMI certification desirable • Industry-specific certifications and/or required licenses required • Valid driver's license required • Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation preferred • Previous leadership experience desired
