📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans • Provide operational support through tools and processes • Measure outcomes across the Operations Infrastructure portfolio • Translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives • Facilitate alignment across departments and bridge project teams, leadership, and stakeholders • Oversee project performance, manage risks, and report on progress • Provide targeted administrative support for high-priority initiatives • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders • Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables • Innovate and improve operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Up to 50% travel
