📋 Description

• Lead strategy, execution, and oversight of innovation initiatives within branch locations • Manage project readiness, implementation, and engagement plans supporting Consumer Bank KPIs, goals, and company strategic priorities • Establish and maintain cross-departmental collaboration and unified team support • Apply extensive knowledge of Consumer Bank operations, policies, procedures, regulations, service standards, and operational standards • Remove obstacles hindering bankers’ customer relationships and sales opportunities • Develop and manage the Branch Growth/Innovation Management Program • Oversee branch openings, closings, relocations, LPOs, and operational movements involving other lines of business • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices; design, pilot, and implement process improvements • Serve as technology liaison for process improvements involving business units and Technology • Coordinate projects related to changes in banking hours across the company footprint • Maintain OCC regulatory branch master updates alongside the FFIEC Branch list • Manage merger, acquisition, and conversion projects and provide conversion support • Manage application releases for Consumer Bank systems, coordinate testing, and inform procedure owners of updates • Manage the annual Consumer Bank disaster recovery test with Technology • Coordinate or analyze process improvement efforts • Ensure incidents are addressed promptly and efficiently, including communications with other lines of business • Handle branch support and research requests, including cash counters, coin machines, equipment, access, and Technology escalations • Oversee vendor relations, contracts, and billing • Ensure invoices are entered and paid accurately within established timelines • Manage the annual equipment budget, purchases, service agreements, and merger/acquisition equipment administration • Oversee system access for Consumer Bank Operations-owned applications and ensure scheduled access reviews are completed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 15+ years applicable experience • 15+ years of front-line banking experience, bank operations experience, Teller and New Accounts processes, or a combination thereof required • Experience with technology adoption, process improvement, and customer experience initiatives • Management skills and experience preferred • Indirect leadership skills required • 5+ years of project management experience preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook • Demonstrated leadership skills • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to make sound, informed decisions • Effective time management skills • Ability to build positive relationships and partnerships throughout the bank • Solid understanding of Consumer Bank processes, internal controls, and risk controls • Professionalism when dealing with coworkers and upper management • Ability to lead change management supporting adoption of new technologies and processes • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and reprioritize on short notice • Effective problem-solving skills • Must maintain a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Must have a reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data/hotspot • Travel may be required as needed • Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Must be able to spend long periods in front of a computer • Must be able to bend and reach as needed
