📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end transition from signed contract to live network service • Manage circuit implementation, cross-connect execution, and capacity activation across network delivery initiatives • Serve as technical liaison between Acquisition and Network Operations • Reduce Mean Time to Deliver and ensure infrastructure partners meet commitments • Resolve delivery roadblocks and coordinate with Network Engineering, Supply Chain, and external Carriers • Perform end-to-end technical provisioning and execution • Track delivery of Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, and IP Transit services and carrier milestones • Coordinate physical and logical activation while maintaining network inventory, port allocation, and asset tracking accuracy • Monitor carrier and vendor performance, escalate delays, and identify vendor risks • Identify Order-to-Service bottlenecks, assist with automation, and support network-management tooling enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience • 5 years of experience in network service delivery, telecommunications operations, or technical program management • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects such as Dark Fiber IRUs, high-capacity transport, or data center builds • Deep understanding of physical and logical networking layers, including fiber characterization, optical transceivers, and cross-connect architecture • Experience at a major ISP or Tier 1/2 Carrier in provisioning or service delivery preferred • Ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and identify project risks preferred • Communication and negotiation skills with vendor account management experience preferred • Experience with Network Inventory Management systems and Salesforce-based order management workflows preferred • Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
