📋 Description

• Own how Convex talks about what it builds across every channel • Ensure meaningful product releases are heard by relevant developers • Drive launches end to end, from narrative development through final assets • Translate engineering work into clear, honest developer-focused messaging • Maintain consistent communication about Convex's work • Connect engineering, developer experience, design, and creators • Develop launch strategies, write posts, and produce launch assets • Run and maintain a launch calendar

🎯 Requirements

• Experience marketing a technical or developer product • Proven ability to own a launch completely, from first brief to final asset • Strong organizational skills to run a launch calendar and keep launches moving • Strong writing skills with technical developer-facing work to show • Understanding of developers as a technical, skeptical audience • Ability to market honestly without hype or buzzwords • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly with structure and a strong point of view • Commercial judgment and ability to execute in a small startup environment • Interest in working in-person at Convex's office in San Francisco
