📋 Description

• Achieve and exceed regional sales, market share, and margin objectives • Coach, develop, and lead Account Executives • Conduct regular field coaching visits to improve selling skills, business acumen, account management, and customer engagement • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing Account Executive team • Establish performance expectations, annual objectives, and individualized development plans • Develop and execute regional business plans supporting commercial priorities and growth objectives • Analyze territory and customer performance to identify opportunities, risks, and growth actions • Build a high-performance culture through coaching, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognition • Identify regional growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans with Account Executives • Manage promotional investments and regional resources for business impact and ROI • Partner with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Sales Leadership • Lead organizational change and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs • Plan and conduct regional meetings and business reviews • Maintain CRM proficiency and use business insights to improve execution and decision-making • Travel within the assigned region and periodically outside it for meetings, training, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently and without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization • Must reside within the assigned geographic region • Minimum of 7 years of successful sales, account management, customer-facing commercial, or related business experience • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding performance expectations and delivering business results • Proven ability to build customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and execute strategic business plans • Demonstrated leadership capabilities • Strong coaching and talent development skills • Ability to provide constructive feedback, develop action plans, and hold team members accountable • Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across organizational levels • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Results-oriented with accountability • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and business planning tools • Valid driver’s license, minimum insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record as required by the company • Passing of background check, potentially including prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational, and motor vehicle records • Approximately 50–70% domestic travel and regular overnight travel required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Associate degree plus relevant commercial experience may be considered • Equivalent combination of education and demonstrated business experience may be considered
