📋 Description

• Lead the Finance function within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization • Oversee the standup of Finance in GBS locations • Implement globally standardized GBS Finance solutions • Deliver transactional Finance activity, governance, and compliance frameworks • Lead change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement • Enhance operational efficiency and Finance service delivery • Deliver accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting in line with SLAs and KPIs • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations • Maintain a robust controls environment • Supervise and mentor finance team members • Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of transformation activity • Collaborate with business leaders to align finance strategies with business objectives • Use financial metrics and analytics to monitor performance and support data-informed decision-making • Prepare and present regular reports to the Head of GBS and functional leadership • Identify process optimization opportunities and implement efficiency best practices • Support organizational change initiatives with finance insights and guidance • Communicate finance policy and procedure changes to employees • Ultimately report to the Head of GBS and collaborate with Finance functional leadership, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with a focus on transactional finance processes • Comprehensive experience working with a GBS organization and understanding of best-practice GBS organizations • Strong understanding of finance best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems • Experience overseeing process and systems change • Master’s degree in one of the listed fields or CPA • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with ERP systems • Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements • Ability to gather, understand, and implement business requirements while improving employee experience and outcomes • Ability to analyze performance metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning • High-volume transactional experience • Fluency in English is required • Proficiency in at least one additional language (Thai, Filipino, Mandarin, or Spanish), both spoken and written, is preferred • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No current or future work-authorization sponsorship available; temporary visa holders listed in the posting are not eligible for hire
