📋 Description

• Develop and implement legal strategies supporting CopilotIQ’s business goals and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards. • Draft, review, and negotiate partnerships, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts. • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks, providing clear and actionable recommendations. • Partner with outside regulatory counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and security issues. • Advise on corporate governance, board communications, and best practices. • Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark management. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership as a strategic legal advisor.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and current bar membership. • 8+ years of legal experience in healthcare, technology, or related industries. • Proven experience in contract negotiation, corporate law, and risk management. • Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and healthcare-related laws. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and lead the legal function as a strategic advisor.
