📋 Description

• Define and lead technical roadmaps for scalable, high-performance systems • Set engineering standards for code quality, design, and implementation • Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing • Identify and implement software development best practices • Lead architectural discussions for long-term goals • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders for technical strategies • Drive architectural improvements and technical debt resolution • Make technology stack decisions aligning with business objectives • Partner with Product, Design, and business units for project alignment • Advocate for engineering needs to ensure timely project execution • Stay updated on software development trends and innovative ideas • Lead R&D initiatives for new tools to tackle challenges • Resolve complex technical problems with innovative solutions • Serve as a role model in technical and soft skills • Conduct technical interviews and support new hire onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Deep experience designing scalable, performant architectures • Ability to raise code quality standards • Natural mentor with interest in others' growth • Comfort in ambiguity with technical roadmap definition • Owner mentality focused on outcomes • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Tenacity in solving hard problems • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset • Exceptional communication skills
