📋 Description

• Design and deliver medical education programs, including workshops, proctoring pathways, virtual learning, and symposia • Develop clinical training content, curricula, and procedural guides • Collaborate with physician faculty and KOLs to organize peer-to-peer educational initiatives • Provide field support for key training events and live case demonstrations • Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and defined KPIs • Partner with Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance • Support the Director in building scalable learning frameworks and training platforms • Manage logistics and vendor relationships for assigned programs and events • Contribute to budget planning and monitor spending for assigned initiatives • Serve as a resource for field clinical specialists and internal teams on training methodologies and educational best practices • Cultivate physician partnerships and establish Medical Faculty Educators for therapies requiring peer-to-peer education • Work with the Event Specialist to establish operational norms and excellent customer experiences • Leverage internal systems for tracking, communication, and analysis of Medical Education programming

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in medical education, clinical education, or field clinical roles within the medical device or procedural healthcare industry (combined education/experience considered) • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong understanding of coronary and/or peripheral interventional cardiovascular procedures and cath lab workflows • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design for procedural training • Ability to translate clinical information into engaging, accessible education materials • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines • Effective communication with healthcare professionals and cross-functional colleagues • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization • Problem-solving ability to adapt programs to evolving clinical needs • Comfort in cath lab or procedural environments during training or live case events • Data-driven approach to measuring program impact • High professional integrity and commitment to compliance • Working knowledge of healthcare provider contracting and compliance rules • Familiarity with CME/CE requirements and compliance standards in healthcare education • Willingness to travel up to 40–50% domestically for educational programs and case support
