📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall profitability by directing sales and business development • Manage employee development, ongoing coaching, and performance management • Recruit, hire and train top talent in the market • Provide motivation and support to achieve maximum production levels • Establish and control budget and income goals within company guidelines • Ensure goals and performance standards are met and communicated within the team • Monitor the quality of loans originated and ensure compliance • Coach, motivate, train, lead, and conduct performance evaluations • Conduct meetings and presentations with referral relationships • Personally Originate Loans including taking customer loan applications and analyzing financial information

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience as a mortgage loan originator • Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she takes a loan application • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and train branch personnel • Proven ability to successfully manage a sales team • FHA/VA & USDA experience preferred
