📋 Description

• Facilitate quality and accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders • Own complete execution of low, medium, and high complexity technical projects • Review jobs processed by other team members for accuracy, including class 1-10 orders • Process orders, quotations, and builder inquiries, including clarification, communication, order/quotation write-up, and expediting • Communicate drawing and shipping schedules with customers and builders • Confirm pricing accurately reflects the scope of work defined on purchase orders • Respond to customer, builder, and District Sales Manager inquiries • Analyze and discuss cost and scheduling impacts of potential change orders • Notify other departments of change orders • Price and process change orders while maintaining or improving margins • Communicate with other departments to exceed customer expectations • Improve understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and procedures • Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications • Collaborate with personnel in other departments to meet and exceed customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Mastered ability to own and execute low, medium, and high complexity technical projects • Effective written and verbal communication and mathematical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Advanced understanding of general construction fundamentals and engineering principles • Mastered ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications and take actions accordingly • Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels, internally and externally • Minimum 10+ years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
