📋 Description

• Facilitate quality and accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders • Own complete execution of low- and medium-complexity technical projects • Review class 1–8 orders processed by other team members for accuracy • Process orders, quotations, and builder inquiries, including clarification, communication, order/quotation write-up, and expediting • Communicate drawing and shipping schedules with customers and builders • Confirm pricing accurately reflects the purchase-order scope of work • Respond promptly and professionally to customer, builder, and District Sales Manager inquiries • Analyze and discuss cost and scheduling impacts of potential change orders • Notify other departments of change orders • Price and process change orders promptly while maintaining or improving margins • Communicate with other departments to exceed customer expectations • Improve knowledge of Cornerstone Building Brands products and procedures • Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications • Collaborate with other departments to provide required service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Mastered ability to own and execute low and medium level complexity technical projects • Proficient ability to own and execute high level complexity technical projects • Effective written and verbal communication and mathematical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Advanced understanding of general construction fundamentals and engineering principles • Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications • Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels, internally and externally • Minimum 8 years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
