📋 Description

• Support the components division, including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands • Conduct direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors and roofing contractors • Develop and implement market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities and revenue goals • Maintain comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market • Understand key customers’ businesses and the critical measures that drive each account • Collaborate with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to optimize and streamline customer experience • Drive profitable growth and market development of the Arizona territory • Report to the West Regional Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force • Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week) • Ability to work with Operating Systems • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
