📋 Description

• Transcribe client information from EMRs into required electronic formats • Check completed work for accuracy • Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards • Receive and document incoming emails, calls, tickets, and voicemails • Follow up with clients or internal staff by email or phone to obtain additional information • Export and upload documents within the Versalus Health proprietary system • Cross-train in various departmental functions to support other teams • Perform other responsibilities requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus • Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, Internet Search Engines, and accurate keyboard skills • Ability to maneuver between multiple screens • Detailed oriented • Proactive and self-directed • Initiative and responsibility in problem resolution • Meets or exceeds quality expectations • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Extremely organized and action-oriented • Excellent critical thinking skills • Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance • Ability to work Sunday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST and Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Must work within the United States • Ability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours per day • Ability to sit for prolonged periods • Ability to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
