📋 Description

• Analyze operational, production, and quality data across coding, CDI, claims, and/or denials management workflows • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs including productivity, turnaround time, accuracy rates, and cost-per-unit • Partner with operations leaders to define process improvement goals, measurable metrics, and progress tracking • Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend data-supported corrective actions • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies to map workflows and design future-state processes • Collaborate with IT, automation/AI teams, and business units on technology-driven efficiencies • Build financial and operational models quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements • Support pilot programs, monitor results, and iterate based on data • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and client stakeholders • Maintain data integrity and documentation standards • Monitor healthcare revenue cycle trends, payer policy changes, and industry benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or process improvement role • Preferred experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related services • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables • Proficiency in at least one BI or visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational database data • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or similar process improvement frameworks • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Preferred familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG • Preferred experience with automation or AI-driven workflow tools • Preferred exposure to Python, R, or Minitab • Ability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours per day • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
