📋 Description

• Organize client projects and coordinate completion on time and within scope • Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize project status • Assist in preparing reports for clients and upper management • Interact with diverse clients and internal contacts at all organizational levels • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload independently • Recommend improvements to departmental practices and procedures • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate issues to management as needed • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Meet with clients to obtain details and clarify project requirements • Track project performance and analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Maintain Salesforce/PULSE updates on projects and/or coding and auditing • Develop and analyze options, recommend solutions, and solve complex problems • Maintain organized files • Work independently and as part of a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare domain, revenue cycle management, hospital/facility, or VA environment • Proven working experience in project management • Experience in coding services both domestically and globally • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Strong computer knowledge • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple, interdisciplinary projects • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives • High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision • Commitment to quality and excellence • Thorough knowledge and experience with administrative procedures • Flexibility with schedule and availability • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to perform computer-based work for 6–8 hours a day • Ability to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
