📋 Description

• Set up and configure laptops and company-issued equipment for new employees • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access changes, and termination of access • Administer user accounts, permissions, groups, and application access, including Microsoft 365 and other business systems • Troubleshoot Windows, VPN, authentication, connectivity, software, and hardware issues • Maintain laptop inventory, equipment assignments, warranties, replacements, and lifecycle records • Provide first-line employee support for devices, peripherals, connectivity, applications, and general technology issues • Assist with endpoint security, patching, antivirus, device configuration, and compliance requirements • Monitor system processes, backups, scheduled jobs, and alerts; escalate significant issues to the Data Operations Manager • Assist with system, network, and application troubleshooting • Support backup, archiving, and data-retention processes • Perform basic PowerShell scripting and automation of repetitive administrative tasks • Maintain IT documentation and equipment records • Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, disaster recovery testing, security initiatives, and other technical projects • Coordinate with development, security, and other technical teams • Support SOC 2, PCI DSS, access-control reviews, and other compliance-related IT activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience • Effective communication skills • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to solve problems, think on their feet, and work under pressure • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws • Ability to work within CorServ’s footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY) • PCI compliance experience preferred
