• Provide administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and claims management by receiving and entering new ancillary healthcare referrals • Provide telephonic and written customer service to inbound and outbound customers • Receive service orders quickly and accurately in alignment with claimant and customer needs • Provide inbound and outbound customer service in a high-volume call-center environment • Complete accurate data entry and review • Learn and operate corporate proprietary systems • Enter electronic email, fax, and data-feed orders into the coordination system • Ensure all case stakeholders are updated regularly • Transcribe correspondence and reports from dictation • Use problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to prevent scheduling challenges from delaying appointments • Meet departmental production and quality performance expectations • Perform additional duties as assigned
• High School diploma • Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment • Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload to meet designated deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and proprietary systems • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during complex telephonic conversations • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Must live and work in the Central or Eastern Time Zones • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM EST
