📋 Description

• Draft comprehensive and persuasive personal injury demand letters and demand packages • Review police reports, medical records, medical bills, treatment histories, photographs, and other case documentation • Summarize accident and collision facts, including liability and relevant citations when applicable • Prepare chronological summaries of medical treatment, injuries, diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing complaints • Identify important medical information, including diagnostic imaging findings, injections, surgical recommendations, procedures, and future treatment recommendations • Ensure medical providers, dates of service, diagnoses, procedures, and other case details are accurately reflected • Organize information from multiple sources into clear and compelling written narratives • Proofread demands for grammar, spelling, formatting, consistency, and factual accuracy • Follow established templates, procedures, and quality standards • Manage multiple files and deadlines while maintaining accuracy • Communicate with team members about incomplete or inconsistent records, bills, or other information • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information • Strong reading comprehension and ability to review lengthy medical records and case documents • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize assignments and consistently meet deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive to the team • Ability to follow detailed instructions, templates, and established processes • Comfort working with multiple software platforms and electronic documents • Ability to learn and understand medical terminology, diagnoses, procedures, and common personal injury terminology • Professional judgment when handling confidential client and medical information • Reliable, high-speed internet access • Quiet and professional workspace with minimal distractions • Reliable computer equipment and ability to work efficiently with electronic files and web-based applications • Consistent availability during the selected work schedule • Previous experience in personal injury, legal writing, medical records, insurance claims, or demand preparation is preferred but not required
