• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating virtual interviews • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking • Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures • Track employee performance, evaluations, and training initiatives • Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related role • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) • Experience supporting a remote or international workforce (preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus (preferred)
