📋 Description

• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, and performance issues. • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns, ensuring fair processes and compliance with company policies. • Maintain accurate and confidential case records within HR information systems. • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers across the organization on employee relations matters. • Support managers through difficult conversations, disciplinary processes, and corrective action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, with demonstrated experience in employee relations • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases preferred • Proven ability in conflict resolution and ability to mediate discussions and negotiate solutions • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
