📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Personal Injury Case Managers • Monitor caseloads, productivity, and performance to ensure cases progress efficiently • Train and onboard new Case Managers on firm procedures and best practices • Conduct quality assurance reviews of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance • Order, track, and obtain medical records and billing from healthcare providers • Follow up with hospitals, physicians, imaging centers, and other providers regarding outstanding record requests • Review medical records, billing, and supporting documentation for completeness • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status, medical documentation, liability, and settlement negotiations • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies throughout the life of each case • Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and promptly • Ensure all case activity is accurately documented within the firm's case management software • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience required • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred • Experience ordering medical records and medical billing • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and the personal injury pre-litigation process • Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with case management software preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
