📋 Description

• Directly supervise the daily operations of the Centralized Utilization Management department • Ensure utilization management needs are addressed • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and maintain operational commitment • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers and peers • Maintain inter- and intra-departmental communications, special projects, programs, policies, procedures, and care management services • Participate in and educate the team on performance improvement initiatives • Implement processes to improve satisfaction • Coordinate and maintain compliance with HFAP and state and federal agencies for Utilization/Denial management activities • Supervise direct reports through coaching, feedback, development, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews • Supervise and maintain Utilization Management operations with the Manager and Director, including utilization and denial management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required • Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required • 5 years of Nursing/Patient Care required • 2 years of Utilization or Case Management experience preferred • Up to 20% travel required
