📋 Description

• Lead sophisticated data analysis and modeling across complex datasets • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders • Conduct deep-dive, ROI, opportunity cost, and resource allocation analyses • Design dashboards, automated tools, KPI reporting products, data models, and analytical tools • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Synthesize external market intelligence with internal data for strategic planning • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and collaborate across marketing, sales, product, operations, finance, clinical, and technology teams • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on planning, testing, QA, and deployment • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership • Manage ad hoc and complex reporting requests • Champion process optimization and transformational business practices • Drive strategic initiatives affecting revenue growth and operational excellence • Mentor and develop junior analysts • Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis tools, methodologies, and database schema • Create training materials and best practices • Train and coach analysts and business partners • Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy regulations, industry standards, access controls, and data integrity practices • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience • 8–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, operational excellence/process improvement, and/or Finance • Deep expertise in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management • Experience with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Power Pivot, or similar BI platforms • Expertise analyzing large, complex datasets to produce predictive insights and prescriptive solutions • Exceptional data storytelling skills for non-technical and executive audiences • Strong business acumen, including business optimization, ROI analysis, financial modeling, and opportunity cost evaluations • Experience managing multiple complex projects and ad hoc analytical requests in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction • Experience with data governance, data quality management, and data security best practices • Track record of developing analytical teams through mentoring, technical guidance, and career coaching • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access, with advanced modeling and executive presentation capabilities • Familiarity with Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and Agile or Scrum frameworks • Experience in healthcare, healthcare payment accuracy, and/or software industries strongly preferred • Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, project management, or related disciplines are a plus • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • High-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Critical thinking, attention to detail, quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, communication, curiosity and learning agility, resilience, and ethical integrity
