📋 Description

• Provide leadership and management for one or more accounts or significant audit support projects • Oversee audit support revenue cycle activities to maximize valid claim identification and overpayment recoveries • Meet contractual commitments and deliver customer satisfaction consistent with operating practices and audit procedures • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain talent while building and improving the team and culture • Analyze revenue streams and revenue-related data to identify opportunities to maximize revenue or margins • Recommend product/service pricing changes based on availability and expected demand • Modify revenue management strategies to reach targeted markets • Monitor team or department efficiency and ensure output meets expectations • Oversee financial operations, payment processing, cash flow, and receivables health • Enhance and standardize revenue-cycle workflows and resource utilization • Prepare status reports for management to analyze trends and recommend efficiency improvements • Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors • Direct delivery of Accounts Receivable audit services by managing assigned engagement teams • Develop policies and standard operating procedures supporting collections and cash allocation • Review audit progress against metrics and direct activities to achieve business goals and customer expectations • Coordinate with Business Optimization and support functions to achieve audit goals • Improve efficiency and productivity, reduce operational costs, and maintain contract and policy compliance • Support innovative solutions and optimize audit processes and efficiencies • Manage customer problems and conflicts, including direct customer communication • Remove barriers and lead issue resolution through closure and customer satisfaction • Ensure audit teams review all claim categories and use available software, reports, and IT resources • Collaborate with SAM to pursue growth opportunities within existing and potential clients • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations protecting PHI • Direct staff selection, supervision, evaluation, and development; set objectives and conduct performance reviews • Assess client and customer needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, and deliver exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required • 3-5+ years prior work experience in accounting or business operations • Preferably healthcare experience with financial systems • 2-4 years of People Management and related experience required • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required • Microsoft Access experience preferred • Strong SQL querying skills • Proficient with Tableau for reporting insights • Prior experience with direct client contact required • Ability to lead, influence, manage, and motivate others • Knowledge of basic accounting practices • Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Working knowledge of applicable industry-based standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work well in an individual and team environment • Knowledge of revenue cycle practices • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
