📋 Description

• Report to the District Business Manager • Drive product awareness and utilization • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives • Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties within a defined territory • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography • Deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring legal and compliance regulations • Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities • Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand • Navigate a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs • Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage healthcare office members • Deliver outstanding customer service through total account management • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning • High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • No visa sponsorship • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
