📋 Description

• Lead customer-facing implementations of Counterpart Assistant for new provider practices and TINs • Own customer relationships from project kickoff through post-go-live steady state • Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations • Align internal and customer teams on scope, timelines, and status • Partner with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues and coordinate handoffs • Surface risks, drive resolutions, and ensure launches meet target dates and quality standards • Monitor and address potential integration issues with product and engineering • Define and refine implementation playbooks, tooling, and templates • Capture customer feedback and channel implementation pain points to internal teams • Improve time-to-launch, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role • Strong track record of on-time, high-quality launches • Experience running multiple implementations in parallel • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations working with provider practices • Ideally, experience with EHR standard integrations • Exceptional customer-facing skills with providers, office managers, and clinical leads • Expert project management skills • Strong technical judgment • Ability to diagnose potential integration issues and project scope creep • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to document project status and potential risks • Process improvement experience • Ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, resolve conflict, and drive accountability
