📋 Description

• Lead standard customer implementations across Coursedog’s product suite with institutional stakeholders • Own project planning and execution, including priorities, project plans, progress tracking, risks, and dependencies • Drive administrator and end-user training • Develop scalable training resources and lead tailored campus-specific sessions • Support customers during and after implementation with support teams • Help users navigate platform questions • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical integration issues • Gather customer and research insights for data-driven feature recommendations • Contribute to scalable product improvements and continuous improvement of implementation processes, customer satisfaction, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software or SaaS system implementation projects • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple workstreams, and monitor progress toward project goals • Skill in identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills across technical, product, and business contexts • Consultative problem-solving approach with strong judgment and ability to work across organizational boundaries • Comfort with technical concepts and SaaS terminology, including data systems and integrations • Experience using Notion, Rocketlane or similar project management tools, Salesforce, and Freshdesk
