Coworked is an enterprise software company that builds Harmony, a headless, agentic AI Project Manager that operates inside existing collaboration and PM tools to automate planning, scheduling, resourcing, reporting, risk management, and administrative workflows. Harmony integrates with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet, communicates via email/chat/voice, and is positioned as a remote coworker that boosts PM capacity, enforces governance, and provides audit-ready telemetry for large organizations.

📋 Description

• Lead structured pre-sales discovery sessions with PMOs, IT, security, and business owners • Map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and project toolchains • Document current and desired states • Produce pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and risk and effort matrices • Build post-sales operationalization plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria • Implement, configure, and validate connectors and data paths with customer IT • Create reusable checklists and operational runbooks • Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management • Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors using materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours • Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard • Partner with the CEO and product team to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations • Capture field feedback to improve Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns • Own delivery state across workstreams and maintain quality and pace

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration • Solid technical project management experience • Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder communications, and benefits tracking • PMP preferred • Familiarity with AI • Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, and Fluid • Familiarity with tools like Notion and Miro • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex environments • Ability to write discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides • Builder mindset, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity and dynamic needs • Security and compliance basics • Experience deploying solutions inside Fortune 500 environments preferred • Familiarity with OAuth and SSO preferred • Exposure to AI agents or automation in real project workflows preferred
