📋 Description

• Review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain environmental databases • Use database management concepts, storage and query/retrieval methods, statistical analyses and programming languages to perform analyses • Develop plans and recommendations • Prepare required documentation • Comply with project specifications, including computer-program input/output data formats, content and functions • Prepare clear and accurate tables, data plots, maps and other graphics • Support the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Unified Case Management mission • Work remotely 100% with less than 10% travel

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline • 5+ years of related experience listed in the job qualifications • 4+ years of experience required in the detailed requirements • Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using AWS, Snowflake and PostgreSQL • Experience implementing automated data validation • Experience creating dashboards and automating pipelines for reporting • Ability to pass a CMS background check • Must have resided in the United States at least 3 of the last 5 years • Must not require work visa sponsorship • Good customer service and communication skills, including presenting to all levels of leadership • Good problem-solving skills • Prior experience in a CMS environment with Medicare/Medicaid claims and associated data • Experience with the Agile framework • NACI (T1) public trust requirement • Must be available within Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST core hours • Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years experience preferred
