📋 Description

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in the area • Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination until the customer unit is in the repair technician’s control/custody • Document and note each customer contact accurately and promptly in Cox Fleet systems • Provide customer service for internal and external customer calls • Establish positive customer rapport • Obtain customer approval for repairs and services • Contact customers proactively to schedule preventative maintenance • Communicate with Field Operations to schedule appropriate technicians to accounts • Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance • Develop and improve company capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field • Alternative qualification: any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience • Alternative qualification: 5 years’ experience in a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance varied tasks • Strong Excel and data entry skills • Ability to learn FSCA IT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer • Common knowledge of the trucking industry • Fleet maintenance or automotive/trucking transportation experience helpful • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future
