• Handle day-to-day operational needs of Major Events according to current major event requirements • Handle high-dollar repair approvals and service provider payouts • Handle internal and customer approvals, document and picture emailing, accidents, police impounds, high-level equipment recoveries, and customer campaigns • Ensure timely and accurate responses for repairs and other customer equipment instructions • Ensure estimates are handled timely and accurately • Ensure COD invoice payments are handled timely and accurately • Communicate directly with customers, drivers, service providers, and co-workers • Consult with the Roadside Events Supervisor and/or Roadside Event Senior/Lead when issues arise • Ensure customer protocol is followed according to customer criteria • Proactively update drivers, customers, and service providers • Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated to service providers • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management • Project a positive image for FleetNet America with internal and external customers and employees
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate, required • Minimum one year in previous role of New Call/Follow up Dispatcher II • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficient computer and phone skills, including fast typing, data entry, word processing, and email • Ability to multitask while talking and typing information simultaneously • Flexibility with schedule • Great communication skills by phone, email and in person • Good computer and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects with a high volume of events while retaining a high sense of urgency • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
