📋 Description

• Handle major events, campaigns, and maintain the flow of open events • Manage day-to-day operational needs for major events • Approve high dollar-amount repairs and handle serious situations such as accidents and police impounds • Ensure timely response for repairs and prompt handling of customer equipment instructions • Ensure estimates are handled accurately • Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers, and coworkers • Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest possible level • Select and communicate correct billing with service providers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (logistics, transportation, automotive technology) • Alternative combination of an advanced degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field • At least 1 year of experience in a previous Cox Fleet role as a Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email • Great communication skills by phone, email and in person • Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
