• Partner with business leaders and managers to deliver People Solutions services supporting organizational objectives • Drive business outcomes by executing talent strategies, enhancing organizational capability, and increasing employee engagement • Support and influence leaders in developing effective organizational designs • Partner with leaders and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain employees • Participate in departmental goals, objectives, and systems development • Guide business leaders through organizational change and transformation initiatives • Lead talent management processes, including talent planning, performance calibration, compensation processes, and workforce planning • Develop strategies to address talent gaps and build organizational capability • Analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and inform retention strategies • Provide leadership recommendations to improve team effectiveness and employee experience • Provide day-to-day HR guidance on People Solutions policies, processes, and practices • Support implementation of People Solutions programs and initiatives • Collaborate with Employee Relations and leadership to address and resolve employee concerns • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws • Assist with employment practices, federal and state employment laws, I-9s, performance, and discipline inquiries • Support consistent application of HR processes across assigned groups • Support primarily frontline mobile technicians and remote leaders within the Northeast region • Travel 5–10% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ progressive human resources experience, or an alternative combination: master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in Human Resources • Advanced skills in analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, legal and regulatory environment, and managing multiple priorities • Advanced skills in building partnerships, communicating with consideration, driving innovation, engaging others, and gaining others’ confidence • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: Graduate degree in business, HR, or related field • Preferred: HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR • Preferred: Ability to work in a geographically dispersed and matrix organization • Preferred: Project Management experience • Preferred: Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and application
