📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s overall scheduling strategy, operations, and team performance • Build, maintain, and improve scheduling processes, workflows, standards, and best practices • Ensure client schedules are appropriately staffed and aligned with clinical needs • Monitor capacity, utilization, coverage, cancellations, and scheduling gaps • Analyze scheduling data and trends to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery • Partner with Clinical and Operations leadership to anticipate staffing needs and address scheduling challenges • Establish and track KPIs and performance expectations, providing actionable insights to leadership • Lead, coach, and support scheduling team members • Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues and coordinate solutions across teams • Support implementation, optimization, and effective use of scheduling technology and systems • Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure scheduling practices are consistent, accurate, and aligned with company policies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations, or a related field • Experience managing or leading a scheduling team • Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to turn data and trends into practical, actionable solutions • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working with scheduling software, databases, and operational systems • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or another service-based environment strongly preferred • Leadership style combining accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
