📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutions • Maintain and optimize network performance, reliability, and capacity • Perform ongoing maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environment • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilities • Ensure network configurations meet security and compliance requirements • Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement efforts • Support a multi-site enterprise network environment and critical business operations • Report to the Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of network engineering and/or operations experience • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies • Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site network environments • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience with Cisco, including Meraki; Palo Alto networking platforms, including IONs and Panorama; Arista, including CloudVision; or comparable technologies preferred • Familiarity with PCI compliance requirements preferred • Familiarity with LogicMonitor preferred • Exposure to cloud or hybrid networking environments preferred • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools preferred • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and hygiene • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues before they impact the business • Reliable and accountable, especially in high-impact situations • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Complete background including drug screen is contingent upon hire
