• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Instructional Designers • Provide feedback, performance management, and career development support • Build team capabilities and promote employee engagement • Oversee the design, development, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions • Manage eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, multimedia content, job aids, performance support tools, and knowledge resources • Partner with Operations, subject matter experts, and business leaders to identify performance gaps • Develop scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives • Ensure learning content meets quality, consistency, effectiveness, and scalability standards • Manage multiple learning initiatives, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables • Communicate project status, outcomes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Use learning and business performance data to evaluate program effectiveness • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure learning outcomes, adoption, and business impact • Improve learning programs, processes, and delivery methods • Stay current on learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, artificial intelligence, and industry trends • Drive adoption of innovative learning technologies and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field • Seven (7) or more years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related experience • Three (3) or more years of experience leading and developing professional teams • Experience leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives preferred • Experience within collision repair, automotive, retail, or multi-location operations preferred • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, performance management, and talent development capabilities • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and partner with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills • Technical aptitude and proficiency with learning technologies, content development tools, and emerging technologies • Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and learning effectiveness practices • Ability to apply artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to learning solutions and processes • High level of initiative, creativity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to travel up to 25%
