📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process and deliver accurate, high-quality proposals on time • Use quoting platforms to pull rates and benefit information and format professional proposals • Request and secure underwritten quotes from carrier partners • Create and maintain branded, compliant proposal documents • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor proposal content • Analyze rates, compare data, and ensure benefit-data integrity using Microsoft Excel • Manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines • Create and update benefit-detail spreadsheets • Pull Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents • Assemble benefit booklets and sales packets • Organize documents, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM • Track tasks, manage data, and support sales operations through Salesforce • Respond accurately and efficiently to sales support requests • Assist with presentations, client communications, and sales documentation • Handle miscellaneous tasks supporting an organized sales process • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a proposal development, quoting, or sales support role (required) • Experience in the group insurance or employee benefits industry (preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Ability to manage complex data sets and create clear, useful outputs • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Team-oriented mindset with accountability and customer service
