📋 Description

• Assist underwriters in gathering, reviewing, and validating documentation for risk assessment and policy processing • Prepare and maintain accurate underwriting files, logs, and records in systems of record • Compile and analyze data to support underwriting decisions and internal reporting requirements • Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of underwriting tasks and compliance with procedures • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to underwriting documentation and status updates • Coordinate communication between underwriters, brokers, and other internal departments • Support quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • 1–3 years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or administrative support in a related field • Familiarity with insurance principles, underwriting processes, or risk assessment concepts preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills • English language fluency required • No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations required
