📋 Description

• Develop and support ongoing cost-savings initiatives for the Inventory Management team and wider Publishing Operations group • Support non-traditional inventory programs, including automated printing and print on demand • Manage titles daily at remote locations, including the UK warehouse, through local printing and transfer programs • Own data flows from external vendors into Inventory-maintained reports and dashboards • Develop and maintain operational best practices for the Inventory Management team • Regularly update sales and returns status, stock review and clean-up, and reporting against established KPIs • Lead or support special projects as needed • Serve as the Inventory Management point person on various initiatives and coordinate across multiple teams and departments • Analyze performance against established KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis or equivalent role • Excellent analytical skills; comfortability with numbers and data • Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • PowerBI and SQL experience a plus but not required • Complete application must include a resume and cover letter • No publishing experience required
