📋 Description

• Support FAS DDI deliverables processing and tracking • Process, log, and route MES System requests, deliverables, and design documents to SMEs and PMs • Support Design, Development and Implementation projects within the Change Management Office • Process MES O&M requests and deliverables • Work directly with vendors providing MES modules and products • Collaborate with project team members, management, SMEs, and vendors on project requests and deliverables • Align change management workstreams and activities with the Project Management Office • Coordinate with program/project management on release transitions and deployment awareness • Complete change management requirements and tasks • Apply structured change management methodology and lead change management activities • Develop relationships with stakeholders • Serve as a central IT point of contact for the Change Management team • Maintain project deliverable documents in project folders • Ensure program/project documentation is correctly filed and versioned • Support project reporting and coordination • Participate in all stages of the project Systems Development Life Cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle • Experience with data entry and work order processing • Experience with tracking and reporting, controlling processes, and managing workflow • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers • Experience in healthcare is a preferred qualification
