📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate cloud flows and approvals, RDBMS and Dataverse data models, business rules and security roles, and Power BI reports and dashboards • Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with OTS standards • Transfer knowledge and train in-house developers • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems through connectors and APIs • Apply best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Implement role-based security, DLP policies, and environmental strategies • Ensure compliance with Louisiana OTS standards and applicable federal and state regulations • Support audits, documentation, and technical reviews • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers • Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions • Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities • Assist with conversational AI solutions and virtual agents using Copilot Studio

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (on-prem and cloud), RDBMS, Dataverse, and Power BI • 5+ years of strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategy with deployment and troubleshooting across Dev/Test/Prod, security and role-based access control, and SQL queries • 5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs • Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared-services environment • Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms preferred • Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments preferred • Experience with MS SQL Server preferred • Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform preferred • Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect, preferred
