• Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team of Crisis Diversion Clinicians and Specialists • Provide clinical supervision and guidance for crisis intervention, risk assessment, de-escalation, and care coordination • Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with established standards, and achievement of performance goals • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff • Collaborate with 911 operators, behavioral health providers, mobile crisis teams, and other community partners • Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement through coaching, data review, and quality assurance activities • Assist with program growth, implementation of new technologies, and operational improvements • Provide direct crisis support and shift coverage when operationally necessary
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field • Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington State regulations • Active Washington State credential or license: LICSW, LSWAIC, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychological Associate, or Agency Affiliated Counselor • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals in crisis • Minimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience • Strong verbal, written, and computer skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment and utilize multiple technology platforms • Preferred: experience in a crisis line, call center, behavioral health hotline, or telephone-based assessment environment • Preferred: experience working with 911 centers, law enforcement, first responders, or crisis systems • Preferred: experience delivering training in virtual and/or in-person settings • Preferred: additional certifications in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or trauma-informed care
