📋 Description

• Own CPI’s proprietary learning management platform, including learner, administrator, and instructor surfaces, plus third-party LMS delivery and their outcomes • Own the platform delivery roadmap in alignment with product priorities • Ship releases incrementally with defined release criteria • Partner with marketing and sales on launch readiness • Ensure support for new content delivery and LCMS implementation • Ensure content delivery conforms to SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, and WCAG AA standards across CPI’s platform and third-party LMSs • Assign a named owner and defined success metrics to every platform surface • Run custom solutions as a revenue line, including scoping, quoting, delivered gross margin, and scope-to-delivery variance • Build and maintain a catalog of configurable variants with list pricing • Own platform support escalation and optimize support through self-service • Partner with Engineering on cadence, capacity, and trade-offs • Perform other position-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered • 7+ years in product, platform, or delivery roles, including experience leading teams • Experience shipping a major B2B platform or product release incrementally • Direct accountability to enterprise clients for delivery commitments • Gross-margin or P&L ownership for services or custom work • Experience leading through a separate engineering organization without direct authority • Ability to decline scope by stating the trade-off plainly • Pricing and packaging literacy • Clear structural communication with executives and clients • LMS or learning platform experience, including SCORM/xAPI and third-party LMS delivery preferred • Experience building configurable product catalogs and list pricing preferred • Experience with support deflection or self-service programs preferred • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo preferred • Experience with healthcare or education sector clients preferred
