📋 Description

• Develop and implement departmental standards, processes, and a training framework for onboarding, competency assessment, ongoing readiness, and product launches • Design and deliver core skills and competencies training programs for US Field Medical • Design and deliver leadership training programs for US Field Medical people leaders in collaboration with HR • Conduct field rides to assess scientific exchanges and timely CRM documentation of medical insights • Provide feedback to US Field Team Leadership for improvement • Monitor external field medical and medical engagement innovation trends and opportunities through industry associations and meetings • Conduct external benchmarking of US Field Medical departmental performance • Oversee the KOL/HCP engagement monitoring framework and process with US Field Medical leaders, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance • Oversee annual external engagement planning and approval processes • Support development and implementation of US Field Medical SOPs and guidance • Optimize adoption of data analytics, digital tools, and AI for data-driven planning, execution, and reporting • Advance field medical insights capture, translation, and internal communication • Communicate CRM system enhancement needs and collaborate on implementation • Develop and maintain department-wide communications plans and reporting templates/dashboards for activity metrics, impact, outcomes, and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences is a must (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) • Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry • At least 10+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry • Medical Affairs and Field Medical experience strongly preferred • Proven record of strategic and analytical thinking, innovation, project leadership, and change implementation • Proven record of teamwork, collaboration, and influencing/working in a matrix environment • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and mentor individuals and/or teams • Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills • Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • Proficiency with technology, analytics, and digital tools, including AI • Experience with design and implementation of skills and competencies training programs • Experience managing vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget • Demonstrated understanding of compliance, ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines impacting the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Affairs, and Field Medical
