📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through phone and messaging applications • Conduct initial client intake conversations in English and Spanish while delivering a high-touch, empathetic experience • Build rapport, listen actively, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and make prospective clients feel heard and confident in the firm • Convert qualified leads into signed clients using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach • Communicate the firm's value persuasively without relying on high-pressure sales tactics • Explain the intake process and manage prospective client expectations • Gather and document essential client information, identify key facts, and transfer qualified matters to the appropriate attorney or team member • Provide later-day intake support and occasional weekend coverage as needed • Use RingCentral, messaging applications, and firm platforms to communicate, maintain accurate information, and coordinate with internal team members • Assist with select intake-adjacent or early case-support tasks, such as opening claims, when intake volume allows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing • Demonstrated experience providing empathetic, client-centered customer service • Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, manage expectations, and create a premium one-on-one client experience • Ability to use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach to build trust and convert qualified leads • Ideally, experience in professional services, customer-facing sales, or a similar environment • Comfortable working remotely with consistent availability, responsiveness, and effective collaboration during later-day working hours • Highly computer literate • Access to a reliable computer and strong internet connection • Ability to use digital communication tools and platforms effectively • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills in English and Spanish • Legal intake, personal injury, automobile insurance, insurance claims, or case management experience is a strong plus but not required
